The role

This is a systems‑building role focused on no‑code and low‑code. You will design, implement, and maintain complex internal systems that stitch together best‑in‑class tools.

You’ll build data models, workflows, and interfaces that operators use every day, and you’ll treat each system like a product with clear users, requirements, and outcomes.

You’ll spend most of your time building in tools like Zapier, Airtable, Attio, Front, and Notion, while reading docs and APIs to integrate services cleanly. When needed, you’ll use AI‑assisted editors like Cursor to ship scripts.

You’ll also interface with clients, structure your thinking, and communicate crisply, from requirements to handover docs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design reliable workflows: Map business processes, model data, and implement scalable, event‑driven automations.
• Integrate platforms: Connect CRMs, inboxes, data stores, and apps with robust two‑way syncs and webhooks.
• Own quality: Write test plans, stage changes safely, and monitor runs with alerts and playbooks.
• Productize the work: Ship interfaces, views, and docs that make complex systems easy for operators.
• Document in depth: Deliver clear, practical docs (step-by-step guides, Loom videos) so teams can operate systems easily.
• Partner with architects: Work hand‑in‑hand with architects to implement customer deliverables to spec, on time, and with the right trade‑offs.
